  This place is a joke. Trade in a full loaded 2014 Chevy impala for a 2017 Ford Escape (base model). First off the Bluetooth wasn’t working I did inform Rob that it was a deal breaker for me if the Bluetooth wasn’t working. After drive for a day or so I did inform them that the car rmp was shift weird. He wanted to put it in the shop to get it service but the problem wasn’t fixed. The shop called and inform them what was going on with the car and rob words was, “Well she the owner of the vehicle she have to go take it to get service at the dealership.” This place is a joke and I wish I never did business with this company.

  Purchased car here broke down alot finally had trade in for new one not a good value feel bad for desperate people
