Well I got a loan from this company my father just passed and of course I had a lot on my plate well the sent a UCC to all my Insurance Company which as well they will drop my business due to this. I tried until I completely had no funds available due to them running NSF over $2,000. So know I should also thank them because I completely explained to them that my mother was fighting cancer and I was going through a divorce, so with that being said how do they expect me to pay them and make my monthly mortgage payments and car payments. All they were told was to wait till my father got buried and to give me a little time to mourn his death, and that i was taking care of his funeral arrangements at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. they could not wait so they took it upon them self's to file a UCC . So know I might end up Bankrupt after i had explained my situation. Do not go with this Company for any Business Loans you will regret it I guarantee you that. The funniest thing about this is that when I sent them a request for payoff they never replied isn't that hilarious !!!!!
