      This review is for GM financial in general. 2 months later and I am yet to receive any info on how to make payments. Their call wait times are longer than1 hours and even on text they will say 10minutes but will never get back to you. There is no other way for one to reach them as you need an account which I cannot because they have not given me the info needed to create an account.

      GM Financial is ruining my credit. I returned a lease on time and without and late payments. Received the return receipt and paid for the disposition fee. GM Financial marked it as delinquent falsely and tanked my credit score which was previously stellar. When contacting them after discovering this during buying a new home, they would not send me anything by email and in addition have been late on the faxing of a letter and payment history so I can actually move forward with my purchase... Horrible company, I would not ever recommend them to anyone...go elsewhere

      This company is awful. Horrible customer service want to argue with you when they are in the wrong on the phone. When u have proof of them doing a unauthorized transaction. Do not finance with them go elsewhere. Fair warning
