  Called before going asked if they would buy stuff they would buy starting silver they said yes bring it down . We get there walk in and start getting stereotyped I figure because of the tattoos I can't think of anything else. The lady who said to bring it in was with customers so a man approaches us shaking his head no no when he sees the silverware and begins to tell me they don't take it. I told him I talked to the lady and she said bring it down That they do by starting silver for 16 to $17 ounce.. He grabs up silverware takes it to a tester and comes back 20 seconds later saying it's fake it's not real silver I said ya it's 13 silver it's 92% he said no it doesn't show up on my tester and basically brushed us out the door they were totally rude and disrespectful and I wouldn't suggest going there unless your Asian.

  I called prior to visiting this fine establishment and was greeted with what I believe may be the owner and was pleasantly relieved that he was kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly was able to answer the question’s I had asked him. Fast forward to when I finally swung by to check out the place and complete a transaction and was met by the same caliber of warm, customer service that I had come to enjoy over the phone speaking to I believe the owner, he was great in taking care of my questions, and handling business in a professional and wholesome manner that I cannot reccomend enough.
