I'm getting really annoyed with golden 1 and specifically the one on woodcreek. Every single time I come in here the line is through the door and there's only 2 tellers working. Why is your system always down and your app never works?

The tellers have always been super helpful and friendly, they aren't the issue. From what I've seen. The issue seems to be the lack of them. Standard is having only two tellers working which means that as soon as someone comes in with a problem that isn't easily fixed, a line starts to form. Every single time I've been in this branch I have had to wait in line at least 15 minutes because there are only two tellers.
