      This is by far the best bank I've had in years. No monthly maintenance fees all transaction are live meaning no pending costs and best of all they actually pay interest for having money in the bank

      My worst experience ever at a bank. They always seem to make withdrawals an issue for me even when I provide multiple forms of identification such as passport, license, etc. Why would I make an account at a bank and have my money deposited there if taking my own legal money always seems to be an issue. I called because I wanted to make a big withdrawal and they told me I had to wait until next week because of covid but that bank is fully operating so that excuse doesn’t even seem to make sense. I’m going to take all my money out and terminate my account with them and go to another bank because I shouldn’t be having these types and as many issues as I face with goldmark. HIGHLY HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS BANK AT ALL TO ANYONE.
