Been here for years but wish the phone lines stayed open on the weekdays after 5PM. I work 2 jobs and dont usually have time to check my account balance. Other than that, it's a great bank.

Claim and advertising that they support veterans but denied a loan twice in a year and still don’t know why I can’t get an 8k loan on a va loan house with Income of 90k+, with 40k in cash and investments. Terrible bank with no benefits. Does not communicate and gives me an attitude when I ask for a loan. I will keep to investment banks. Embers is much better if you want local.
