      Tim George and Dave the broker are scam artists! Had three signed contracts on my home and property. None of them reached a closing. The last sale they brought in a professional loan shark to help the buyer! Never signed anything to allow them to work as dual agents! They ordered survey and septic pumping! They will not answer calls or prove where the earnest money has went! In the process of taking legal action! House was contingent on the buyer selling another home, come to find out it was sold 9 months prior to us signing a contract. No due diligence or communication on their part! Beware! Crooks!!
