      Do not bank at this place, they are horrible. They will give you a 13-17% interest rate and they do not care if you are living on the street they will take every last cent you have and not care. Idk how they sleep at night honestly.

      so have to say I'm disappointed in the new bank. the after hours deposit box is the most unsafe thing ever. can't drive up to it like any other bank and safely deposit money in it. I've been a member for a while but am thinking about changing to another bank as I do alot of banking after hours and can't deposit personal checks through the atm. hope someone actually reads this and thinks about the safety of their members.

      Karl thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the ATM not taking your checks. The function of the machine should have allowed you to deposit those checks. I will look into the error. As for the deposit box i will address your concern with Management. If you need any help during business hours we are willing to walk out to the drive thru and help. In addition Remote deposit capture is another option right from your cell phone to deposit checks. Just down load the Peninsula Federal Credit Union app thru google play or apple store. If you need help with a walk thru we are more than happy to assist.
