  I have recently opened an account here, the customer service within the branch was perfect, I got exceptional help from Josie. The staff over there are very friendly 5 stars. But, I am giving a 2 star rating based on the online experience and mobile app, everything seems complicated especially if I am making a transaction online it will not go through unless I call and verify with the phone banking which is closed on weekends so don't expect to buy online during weekends! I appreciate the security but there are other ways such as OTPs that can be sent to the registered mobile or email. Also the interface of the e-banking system is very outdated and not user friendly. ***** It wasn't expected to get a call, its great to see actions are being taken, as mentioned above the staff are professional and great service. I hope that they'll update the online app or system with security mechanisms such as OTPs and Authorization texts for local or international transactions rather than having to call phone banking. Editing reveiw from 2 to 4*. *******
