Knowledgeable and Professional! I had an unsecured debt in the amount of 2,670.83 that the original creditor sold to a debt buyer (DB) to whom a collection judgment was awarded. However, the initial DB sold the account to another company whose assigned attorneys sent me a notice that they were collecting on a claimed balance of 5,619.23. Consequently, unsure of how to confront the situation, I employed GreenPointe Financial (GF) to manage the matter. And after they served verification audits on the plaintiff's attorneys then verifying that the judgment hadn't been renewed the debt was deemed uncollectible.
