  We worked with Willis of Haus and had nothing but a great experience. Willis was so prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful in the mortgage process. We had several close deadlines to meet and the team never wavered. I so enjoyed working with Willis and getting to know him. He made the buying experience a bit less painful. Would highly recommend!

  We’ve been trying to buy my mothers house since June. we moved out of our apartment at the end of May and moved back in to that house. 5 months and we still have not closed after hundreds of emails and signing and resigning the same documents over and over again because they are “misplaced”. We have sent the same information at least 2-3 times every time it was asked of us. Sent all of our information, had to pay for a credit check twice now, and now that I am out on maternity leave they say we can’t close until I return to work full time. I just had a baby and we can not buy our house until I get back to work? Our first closing date was in July, when this wouldn’t have been an issue if they could keep their paperwork straight. Multiple times I’ve forwarded the same emails to them from months ago when they ask for the same information over and over again. We would be homeless if we weren’t already living in this house. How can any company delay a closing for 5 months after knowing we are starting a family. Ridiculous. Now they won’t return any calls. Looks like they’re about to lose a customer. It’s all about the money for them, not your personal situations. You have to fit the mold they need. And when life happens and things change after 5 months, they’re ready to throw in the towel and tell a new mother to get back to work

  We’re sorry, the end result did not meet your needs. We have continued to work towards providing different options that could result in a path to home ownership. We do not collect any advance fees at all, our only pay comes from a successful closing. As a mortgage broker we work with multiple lenders that can service more credit types and situations than anyone else. While we put our best effort to ensure a quick closing, other outside factors lead to significant delays which effected our original timeline, without those items resolved, there cannot be a closing. Please trust that we would like to get this transaction done as much as you, please reach back out if anything changes.

  I worked with Brian Russo and Shane to refinance my house and reduce my monthly mortgage payment. They were excellent at explaining the options and the process, answering all of my questions and following up afterwards. Highly recommend!
