AMAZING!!! Amazing!!! The NEW TAMPA BRANCH!!!! I set up an account that had monthly charges that I was not aware of or did I agreed to. I went into the branch with a made up mind to close the account. NATALIA VANDEBERG!! She spoke to me in the calmest manner. She got my attention. She answered all my questions. Helped me understand which account would be best! Left the bank with an account that is best for me. Thank you!!

The customer service, beginning and continuing, is by far the best I've ever experienced. Ask for Isabelle, she's the nicest service agent I've ever spoken with and will be my go to person. I'd give them 6 stars 🌟 if possible.
