Adam Mervine''s customer service and assistance with my transaction was not be desired. He took it upon himself to make decisions on what HE FELT was good enough for me as a client instead of providing all the information and allowing me to decide. When questioned he still refused to do as I wanted as the client purchasing the home and making such a HUGE LIFETIME INVESTMENT and never did what I asked. He proceed to advise me as to how long he has been in the business which had no interest or relevance to the situation whatsoever, if I needed his resume I would have asked for it. WHEN YOUR WRONG YOU ARE WRONG! The clients desires and wants should always be first a foremost not WHAT THE BROKER FEELS HE CAN DECIDE!
