      Had to stop in the branch to deal with a not-so-fun account issue but Becca helped me out so much. She greeted me and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole time I was there. She walked me through all the steps and made sure I understood. She was very polite and beyond helpful! Really glad all my issues were solved in under 10 minutes and Becca made it such a smooth and positive experience for me.
