Came two days In a row for an issue I was having with my bank and your employee Jessica in the espanola location helped me both times, she's very sweet and seems to care about us banking here unlike other banks I've previously been to but I just wanted to leave a review to show how pleased and greatful I am with her and I thought I would drop a review here so hopefully she can get recognized for her work and attentiveness.

Ben a member for about almost 7 years seems like Espanola branch is getting worse and worse when it comes to management Literally tick the manager 15 minutes to open shared branching while she talked to another employee

I just want to thank Mario Vega from the Santa Fe branch for continuing to keep in contact with me and was still willing to help me with getting a vehicle. Thank you so much to Patricia Sanchez for taking the time to work with me every step of the way and help me understand everything that I was doing throughout the process.
