      I have an acct there and I needed a notary but they wouldn't do it because it was handwritten and I needed a a notary page from the a website I barely can handle my phone then do this ha

      I used to like Zia alot because they are there to "help" their client's, Lately I don't know if every person I talk to on the phone is in a bad mood, Don't like their job or are just straight out rude! They speak to you as if you are dumb and don't understand a thing!!! EXPLAIN BETTER!! Soon will be moving all my accounts to another credit union that does help you and will be glad to take my money!! ZIA YOU ARE FAILING!!
