I would recommend them to anyone who will listen to me!

      Michelle Lewis is completely incompetent at her job. She is a horrible mortgage broker and I would highly recommend staying away from her and her team. Guaranteed Rate management would not return phone calls and did not seem to care about her work product and the fact that it almost caused 3 real estate deals to blow up. Careless mistakes were made by her. Stay away!

      Stay away from this place. After I paid for the appraisal and home inspection they are refusing to use my partime income on the application so I don't qualify for a loan. They told my realtor that my gf lost her job and wasn't true. Keep making excuses to prevent me from qualifying . Also they ask you 3 times for the same information they already have because they lack communication as a team. Very incompetent and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost. Have to start over again because of them.
