      Can we talk about Maureen Helm for a minute? It took me nearly 9 months and 7 offers to finally “win” my new home. Maureen put in more work than either of my realtors combined, to get me under contract. She was always reachable. I would text her while at an open house on the weekend, and she would work numbers for me within 15 minutes. She is extremely knowledgeable. She informed me of all of my loan options and always explained what certain fees mean. She always made sure the loan worked in my favor and we made adjustments to ensure I was getting the best deal each time we had a new property to start with. If I could have given her the closing commission instead, I would have with no hesitation. Even since closing, she has reached out to see how we are doing. Other members of my family have trusted Maureen and her team for years and her expertise and reliability has remained consistent. Best of the best, in my experience.

      Very unprofessional. Rude. Insincere in conversation. I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was bad. Even afterward when we called the office number, the person who answered grunts into the phone, doesn’t even say hello & identify themselves. Really unprofessional. Can not recommend. There are more respectful offices in the area.
