  I needed to purchase a home for me and my children, and fast! Jennifer was very responsive, informative and caring. I ask a lot of questions, and she answered every single one. Her support team also did an amazing job in the above mentioned areas. Before I knew it, I was at my closing and the owner of a new home. Jennifer truly shines!   Run as fast as you can away from this mess of a "broker with experience." I wish I had to more hands so I could give her 2 more thumbs down. Jennifer never felt the need to respond or communicate any time sensitive information to her client causing thousands of dollars and several days of delays, as well as unnecessary costs. One of the most unorofessional people I have ever dealt with. Claims to have knowledge and experience in her field yet she continues to make mistake after mistake (we are at approximately 6+ and counting.) If I had not already been on the road for a cross country move, I would have canceled the deal entirely and walked away. I feel so sorry for any past, present or future clients for this person with zero accountability or professionalism. It took several other of her team members to get her to respond to them yet never responding vwcl to the client, yet she is still charging for services SHE HAS NOT PERFORMED. In any other profession there are words for. FRIENDS DO NOT LET FRIENDS USE JENNIFER BROADWAY @ GUARANTEED RATE. Thre other members of her team have been very professional (you get the feeling Jennifer Broadway drops the ball often. So disgusted with unprofessional treatment of her clients.
