      Although seemingly easy, they transferred my loan to US Bank which is quite usual but haven’t transferred the credit for my first payment and US Bank is harassing me for the first payment and threatening my credit. I have sent over cleared checks etc as evidence of the payment but guaranteed Is holding everything up by not transferring the funds in a timely manner. I cannot get a call back from my Guaranteed loan officer and their customer service is abysmal. Absolutely frustrated
