  We were looking to do a cash out refinance and tried through our current lender (large bank). The process was awful. We didn’t know what was going on the majority of the time, we were asked to sign documents without being told what we were signing, and then all the sudden our mortgage broker stopped responding to phone calls and emails. Totally ghosted us. Then 2-3 months later came back with a horrible offer and tried to say it was better for us with no explanation as to why he left us in the dark. No thanks. I’ve known Tyler for 10+ years but only as a friend. I saw a Facebook post from him and decided to reach out to him, what’s the worst that could happen? Best financial decision we have made in years. The process was extremely fast and smooth. Every detail, every question, literally anything we needed was answered/taken care of swiftly and explained in terms that we could easily understand. We stayed in contact throughout the entire process, if something was updated or changed Tyler would immediately call us. If we had a question or saw something that didn’t seem right, he answered our calls and e-mails within minutes. We had a few ideas we wanted to implement midway through the process, which normally stalls closing, but Tyler was able to make changes and get everyone on board without missing a single day of processing time. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with his service. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and this experience was much easier than expected because of his help. We highly recommend Tyler and his team to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance.
