  My wife and I recently completed a refi on our home with Steve Schutt's team at Guaranteed Rate and the experience was excellent. From the first phone call to the closing, we were 100% confident we had worked with the right team. Everyone, we interacted with was friendly and prompt. Andy went above and beyond providing me with everything I needed or requested promptly. He provided us with information on all the services they offer as well as took the time to send me estimates based on various different options so that we could make the best decision for our goals in this endeavor. The "take aways" from this review: We had the feeling that they were working for us, which unfortunately is not that common these days.   Steve, Adam, and the entire team are a pleasure to work with. They’re friendly, responsive, offer great rates, and make the process super easy. We mistakenly used a different company previously, and the service was night and day different. We’ve now used Steve’s team a few times on various mortgages and refinances, and highly recommend them!
