      Olivia was very rude to our company. She has horrible customer service skills in my opinion. I really feel bad that She forces herself to work at a job she clearly hates. I hope she realizes how unprofessional she is and then uses her skills at McDonald's where she belongs imo.

      Me & my daughter had to wait outside for public transportation to arrive in 30 minutes. My daughter needed to wash her hands so we went inside and asked to used the restroom. The woman said they don't have a public restroom. So I asked her to just be human and let my kid wash her hands. Negative. I'm sure if I had an account here they would let me use their bathroom. Like I'm irritated about the lack of compassion these people showed. If I could rate a zero I would. And I'll never do business with these people
