      Alexandra and her team are fantastic. Just closed on a VA loan on our first home. She walked us through the whole process and made sure we knew about all the benefits I could use. We ended up closing not only zero down but got our earnest money and option fee back. Their system is really great for uploading the needed documents and they were awesome about reaching out really quickly if something wasn’t quite what they needed. Very satisfied with the whole experience, especially after a previous lender didn’t bother mentioning any of the ways we could get a better deal. Trust is pretty hard to earn from me and they definitely got it!

      My wife and I were looking to relocate. From Nevada. We called Alex and gave our information to her she ran our credit and I have not heard anything back for 2 months. I have reached out more than 10 times. One of the time she said she lost our information. But that was not relayed to us. I have still yet to have any communication form her or anyone at this office. This has been a extremely stressful and unprofessional experience. I would never suggest to use this company.
