  Caitlyn and her team are incredible. Their work ethic is unmatched and professionalism out of this world. As a realtor that only represents buyers, I will only send my clients to Guild because I’ve seen first hand how seamless a transaction can be when they are in charge of the lending. I also love that Caitlyn retains a large majority of her loans and doesn’t sell them off to other mortgage companies. She makes sure to take care of you from beginning to end. Their communication with all parties is also a huge factor that makes me refer them. There’s no guessing game of where we’re at in the lending process and what a relief for my buyers!!
