  I should have gone with my initial gut feeling, on my first call with Aaron he would cut me off when I was talking and clearly just wanted to end the conversation asap. For some strange reason, he was much nicer when my boyfriend would talk to him (misogynistic much?) Not only that, but we ended up having to dish out nearly $10,000 more than we had discussed. On MULTIPLE occasions we SPECIFICALLY said how much we wanted to put down on our house (including closing costs and any other fees). We signed all the paperwork and then get a call a few hours later that they misunderstood us and tried to convince us it was a "good deal" because our monthly mortgage payments would be around $50 less, completely garbage response. Aaron was on vacation when this happened and his team clearly did not know what they were doing or they just weren't paying attention. And to "apologize" to us, our realtor had to ASK him to compensate us, which ended up being only a $250 gift card. Absolutely horrible experience. 10/10 would NOT recommend, save yourself the stress of working with Aaron and his team and find somewhere else!
