  This was the best experience I've ever had in buying a home! Such a difficult process made easy and stress-free. Thank you Aaron, you and your team were great! Very Hands-On and attentive to my needs and concerns. Special shout out to Sarah who quickly responds to emails with care and professionalism. They really know their stuff there! I highly recommend you use their services. And all of them are sweet as they can be, they even sent a housewarming gift, how thoughtful! Thank you all so very much.   Our realtor assured us of a pre-qualify letter when we sold our home. She recommended Carson, and we did everything asked of us. We had one issue that came up regarding our son, when we co-signed for an apartment for him. He left some property damage- that we paid for. The company Cortland refused to take it off, even when we clearly paid it. Guild did nothing to suggest how to get rid of it, and help us. We had no debt, just a ping that we proved was paid. Our realtor let us down, as did Carson, with Guild. They made a promise that they refused to keep. I guess they don’t need the business.
