      We had a HORRIBLE experience with Texas Lending (Aspire Financial) with our first attempt at refinancing our home. After hearing about our problems with Texas Lending... Our rep Mark Ferguson understood our problems with our previous refi attempt and worked with us to get a great rate, we got rid of PMI. $0 cost at closing and a mobile notary came to us to e-close.       Amazing service. I have found that home buying is never easy, but this is my third experience and it was sooo much smoother than my first two. Kelly Ollendorff did an incredible job and even worked with my Spanish speaking son to help us get qualified and close on time! I rarely write reviews, but I had to for these people - I highly recommend.
