  Aaron Folta & his team were amazing!! They helped me so much. The process was so smooth & whenever hiccups happened they let me know. I would definitely use them again & recommend them.

  We originally planned to use our credit union for our mortgage but were encouraged by our realtor to check rates with a local lender. Aaron Folta was recommended as a great choice for first-time homebuyers. He was able to give us better rates and a more personalized experience. Aaron explained every single financial term and gave us a myriad of choices for different scenarios. He helped us get everything in order for our application process to go as smoothly as possible. For the biggest single purchase of our lives, it was so much more reassuring to be able to talk to the same person on the phone, to meet with that same person in person, and to really know that someone was advocating on our behalf. Aaron worked closely with our realtor, our homeowners insurance agent, and the closing attorneys to ensure that we had numbers that worked for us. We could not have asked for a better guy and we are so pleased to have closed in less than a month.

  My husband and I researched six different mortgage companies and we are so glad we chose Guild Mortgage and Aaron Folta. At the beginning of the process, Aaron met with us on zoom to introduce himself and explain everything face-to-face. As first-time home buyers, this was so helpful and the main reason we chose to work with Aaron. He gave us tips to increase our credit scores and helped us qualify for a program to lower our interest rate. Aaron helped us get the lowest possible mortgage payment and we are so thankful we chose to work with him!
