      Do not use the mortgage company, customer service is way under par, they wont get back to you in a timely manner. my refinance process has been a nightmare.

      A typo in the in the initial loan paperwork should have been the red flag, but we foolishly swept it under the rug. Spotty record of returning calls, being forwarded to corporate for any thing and every thing, and despite having 15 days to collect our money each month, there’s always some excuse for it to not go through. Four months into a 30 year mortgage, learn from my mistake.
