  Great service! We have used Stephanie for 2 home purchases and I recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to finance a home. Made the process streamlined, and easy. Not to mention she knew all of the different options for us! 5 stars all day! Will definitely be back again.

  I was very displeased with the service provided by Stephanie Peevey. I have had 3 great transactions with Guild over the past 5 years. I was ready to have another great experience. However, Stephanie's communication was disrespectful and short once we were under contract. I asked her if we could change the way we were communicating because it wasn't working for me. She responded that she was not going to change her approach and I was free to use another lender. Although it was a hassle to amend the contract we were under, it was worth it to change loan officers.

  I have used Guild Mortgage once before in Logan Utah. I had such a great experience with them and thought why not use the company again? So now when it came time to buy a house in Alaska I chose to go with Guild mortgage. Let me say it was a mistake at the least! We have had so many issues throughout the process that we never had before! Now we were supposed to close on the 27 of August and that was delayed till the 1st of September. This was delayed again till the next day. I have been given one excuse after another’s to why closing has been delayed. Finally was able to sign on the 2nd and everything was to be paid and finalized yesterday. Yet again it was delayed because of a paycheck stub that they knew wouldn’t be able to or produced since work started on the 31 of August and only been working for a few days. Yes the company said I would be reimbursed for early occupancy payments that I have had to pay since they messed up on the loan process. I have yet to be paid this money. I would not recommend that anyone use this company what so ever. There is better companies to use here other than Guild Mortgage! Please save yourselves the hassle that I have suffered and don’t use this company ever!
