      Karen and her team exceeded all my expectations. They were so responsive with my calls, texts and emails. They were able to match or beat any rate or incentives given by other lenders. We were building so our close date was unsure and kept moving. They were able to lock our rate for over 90 days so we could keep our rate as the FED was rapidly increased rates. We closed with a great rate and had a really good experience working with Guild.
