  We were looking to refinance our home last year and after having some not so great experiences with other companies we were lucky to have discovered Guild Mortgage. Marcell guided us all the way through. We had heard horror stories from friends who had recently refinanced- too much paperwork, answering the same questions over and over again, providing a ridiculous amount of documentation, vague answers to questions and the process taking months. Marcell made the experience truly easy. He was timely, organized, on top of everything, transparent in his answers and very professional. It has been almost a year since the refi and there have been no surprises. We were able to lower our payment and interest percentage and take out a chunk of cash to pay off some debt. I have recommended Marcell to multiple friends and family since and would over and over again. If we have any other needs regarding our home, Marcell will be the first person I contact for sure!

  Marcell was great to work with! He helped me with a refinance that closed ahead of time and was cheaper than several other quotes I received.

  Marcell helped me with assisting my father with his refi process to help get some home renovations done. He was very kind and patient even with my dad repeatedly referring to him as Marcus. He made the process understandable and painless as possible. I appreciate his professionalism and relatability. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends or family.
