  Martha Muñoz is a wonderful, professional and very knowledgeable person. She was always prompt at responding to our multiple calls. She was never in a hurry and answered all our questions.   Martha Cecilia Munoz and Carlos Munoz at Guild Mortgage were extremely helpful and professional. They went above and beyond making the process of buying our house an incredible experience. They made it so easy, they answered all the questions we had in a timely manner and made sure we understood every step of the process from the preapproval to closing. They were on top of everything, even the small details, so we did not have any problems closing escrow.   Martha is such a great person to work with. Very professional and well knowledgeable. She helped us out back in 2012 when we first bought our house and then again when we refinanced.
