Owen Edwards is an excellent Mortgage Lender! He's extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy! He also has the fastest loan processing anywhere! I highly recommend him! I was helping a friend buy a house. He showed me his statement from another mortgage company because he thought the closing costs were too high. At the time, he was closing in 7 days. I recommended he call Owen at Guild. Owen was able to save the client a substantial amount on closing costs with the same interest rate and he still closed in 7 days! This past week, I had a client, who asked me if he should refinance. I knew we could lower his rate, but he only had 10 years left and said he plans to pay it off in 5 years. We shared his info. with Owen. Owen was able to reduce the rate, but said that since he plans to pay it off within 5 years based on a break even analysis it made since to keep the current mortgage. You can trust Owen to do the right thing!
