  Tim was incredibly helpful from the first conversation all the way until closing. He checked in frequently just to make sure I understood everything, and just to see if I had any questions. I always felt like he was in our corner, and having him attend the closing was an added plus - loved having him there! So glad to have worked with him, and I'd recommend him highly.

  What a great experience working with Tim Siebenthal and the Guild Mortgage team!! In 2015 we bought our first home together. We met Tim during the process but were already committed to another mortgage company at that time. There were many hiccups along the way, much confusion and ultimately an unsatisfactory experience with the other company. So when we decided early this year to purchase a new home, we decided to go with Tim and WOW! We are so glad that we did! The process was simple, seamless and every question we had along the way was answered. Tim was always available if we needed anything, even when the question wasn't specifically related to his side of the transaction. Additionally, there were some unique considerations for the loan transaction because of our living trust. Upon learning of the trust, Tim and his team shifted gears and handled it without any issues. We definitely felt the benefit of Tim's 20 something years of experience in the mortgage industry! I would have appreciated the smoothness of the transaction with Tim regardless, but having had a bad experience prior to working with him made me appreciate him and his team all the more. I would highly recommend working with Tim and Guild Mortgage to anyone!
