      Fast service, friendly staff. They greet you as soon as you walk in. The young lady in banking services (in the first office on the right when you walk in) was very helpful. I sorry, I don't remember her name. I needed signature certification and she really made a great effort in finding someone to help me with what I needed. She even called another branch to find someone for me.

      This Bank is a crooked! They are trying to say I overdrafted $900 and I didn't overdraft at all! So many people I know who dealt with this Bank had the same problem. They don't get much business so they steal to make money!

      The new hours are 9-4 …. People work and lafayette traffic doesn't allow for lunch time service. Very inconvenient hours.
