      Awful experience. Sharon was rude and unprofessional. They have zero experience dealing with internationals living in US and how to review immigration documents. They asked me to sign a form stating that I am a part-time resident but I am not. They accused me of having insufficient documents while I had no issues opening accounts at other institutions being a legal resident in US.
