  Okay bank for general banking. The tellers are certainly friendly and professional. However, they do seem to be short on personnel that can assist with customers that require more than just a teller. Earlier this week I went in to open a savings account and waited for about 8 to 10 minutes to speak to someone. But, I got a call and had to leave before I could be helped. Today I went back to open a savings account and after about 15 minutes of waiting, I finally left. It’s no big deal in that I’m retired and can make another trip tomorrow. But, it would be helpful if there was more than one person available to help with safety deposit boxes, opening checking and savings accounts…etc.., without such a long wait. At times, they do have plenty of staff to help. But, it seems to be inconsistent and somewhat of a crapshoot as to whether you are lucky enough to go in when adequate staff are available.

  Try calling their "customer service" line at 7am and to report a possible identity theft and get hung up on...I will be moving my accounts elsewhere...
