      Whitney continues to merge with other local banks, not for the purpose of having more resources to provide better customer service. Every time they consume another entity they leave customers hanging, change policies, and screw people. This is not a local bank where your relationship with a local employee means anything. Now everything goes through corporate way up high and policies are completely different from the way they were in the past.
