      I read the comments of clients and I thought that they exaggerated or simply had a bad day, but it was not like that, if you want to feel invisible or totally ignored by the people who handle your money, come to Region Bank Harahan, I was alone for 20 minutes in front of the cashier, with her head down she knew I was there but her business was more important than me, I don't think I'll come back here. No

      If I could give it a zero I would. We use this branch for business and they are the rudest people ever. This branch is beyond slow. When I pulled up in the drive through there was no one in line and no one working at the window. By the time someone came to help me the lobby had filled up and three people were in line in the drive through. The rude associate then waited on everyone in the drive up before me. Why have a business line??? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service
