      I only used the outside ATM machine. As such, I can't say much except I like the architecture. Conveniently located too.

      Bank employees are always awesome but its very inconvenient to be closed on a Saturday. Also money transfers, for some reason take forever. Their app isn't very good either.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! When there is a bank on every corner in Houston, take your money elsewhere. Their lobby is empty and no customers. WONDER WHY!? You can stand there for days and noone would come to help 12/08/21 @ 2:45pm CST. Management should review the staff on the cameras
