      This bank don’t deserve even 1 start , but I have select at least one . I have been working this bank form last 5 months and they don’t have any process , asking unnecessary document , don’t have clear guidelines , and final we have to go other bank . Waste of 5 months and business lost .

      Today March 3rd 2019 the bank refused to open a free checking account and refused to exchange my money. Not sure why you’d open a bank and not let customers open accounts. Interesting stuff

      They didn’t take my KOREAN money (won) at this KOREAN bank. Refused to make me an account after they said they’d exchange the money once I opened one. Very fishy tellers and management. I’d advise to go to any other bank even a loan shark would do better business than these folks at Hanmi.
