      MOTTO MORTGAGE IS THE BEST! Allison & team are friendly, attentive, smart, caring... the list goes on! Allow me to elaborate... When we purchased our first home 6 years ago we went to one of the big national banks for our mortgage. We were first time home buyers, we thought you had to go INTO a bank to get approved for a mortgage. It was a long, stressful, and confusing process. This time we went with Motto and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Allison and team treated us like VIPs. They were immediately available to answer questions, took their time to explain the process, were transparent about fees and closing costs, and worked to get our loan closed on time. The home we purchased required a fast 30-day close, which was no sweat for team Motto. Additionally, we were doing a simultaneous sell/buy, which the Motto team helped us navigate though with ease.
