Normandy has been great to work with on my owner-builder project! This was the first house I've ever built and they coached me thru all of their documentation requirements (and my questions). Naturally, it took longer than initially planned and they were very reasonable to work with on the extension modifications I needed along the way. All around great staff, who are happy to help with any questions! If you need owner-builder financing, you need to talk to Normandy!
