      May be the best bank I've ever had. They let me finance a vehicle with not so great credit and are very lenient and understanding. They work with you when ever you need assistance.

      This is the worst bank ever they close my debit card and will not even open it back up and now I told them I need my debit card to pay bills now that's the worst-ever the bank that they can do now I had to pay my bills with my check in some places don't even check take checks so I do not recommend this bank at all so I'm planning on going to a different bank

      HCCU has repeatedly messed up our finances and we've only been with them for a month. 1) There is a hold on all checks over $2,000 for several days. 2) They charged an account for said hold and put our account in the negative (an account we had never used) and forgot to remove it after the check cleared. 3) They did not put my name on MY account, only my husband's, despite the fact that I'm the only one with a check card connected to the account. (I am very thankful I have a great marriage, otherwise I could have lost several thousand dollars.) 4) There are a variety of smaller inconveniences that I won't list. To their credit, they have worked to correct the situation every time. Kasasa is a great product, but there are other banks that use it too.
