      Wonderfully restored historic building. Hallways lined with historic photos and captions telling some stories of the city and her remarkable structures like the old ywca. Thank you heritage for preserving it.

      Their customer service reps need training on being in customer service. Ryan has the worst additude. To the point i intentionally refuse to discuss anything with him! I have 2 payments left on my loan & can't wait to be done with heritage! I do want to sing the praises of the field rep Tracy! He is amazing! Thank u Tracy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

      I was just in contact with a representative Jeff, and to hear his tone caused me to immediately start praying. I actually advised him of his horrible tone , and rudeness. Unbelievable, that this company has such horrible customer service. I think it's time the attorney general looks into this company. No type of integrity. I'm not sure if this is how they are trained to talk to customers, but very disturbing .I told Jeff that I will be praying for him, because something is terribly wrong with anyone that talks like that to people. I will say they will work with you on the issue at hand , BUT the arrogance and rudeness is so not called for. Praying for Jeff
