  I trust this bank with my money. One of the tellers is kind of a nice looking and good service is priority. Better than Chase down the road. And of course one of the cheapest bank rates to everything compared to Chase, Bank of America, and the untrusted KeyBank.

  I have honestly & truly have had nothing but negative experiences with this bank as a whole entity IF I COULD I WOULD RATE IS NEGATIVE BELOW ZERO STARS because it's the worse bank you can ever!! Do business with. I have an atm card for my savings account however I've NEVER been able to withdrawal my! Own money from the account. The pin has been changed with the bank which they have to issue you & send to you via mail & still it does not work. when I mentioned this issue to the teller she just tilted her head & said "oh that's strange it should work" never offering to change the pin or actually have me show her how it does not work so she can resolve it. Also when you're approved for a loan with this bank & have other accounts with them. you are never made aware of the following potentially life changing important things. That ALL your accounts will be linked together so for example if you have a car loan, a credit card, & a personal loan with this bank, and you miss a payment for let's say your credit card & still pay your car note they can! & will! issue you a repo lean on your car!! Even if it was the credit card payment they missed I believe after 2 or 3months of missed payments all because all the accounts are linked together.!! Also they don't advertise to you how even if you get gap insurance & have full coverage. For your vehicle that this lovely bank will still make you pay for the taxes & interest of your car in the event you get into a car accident which god forbid you could have died. & the car is deemed a total loss. This bank will still!!! have you paying a full car payment every month for a car that is no longer in their possession. Until those taxes & intetest on that car is paid. Off even with gap& full coverage insuranc. Please be advised that unless you open another! Loan to consolidated this such totaled out car loan you will be paying out the wazoo (a full car payment monthly). So my advice for you looking for a bank is to stop!! & go some where else. They sell people false hope & disguise it as if they are helping someone's credit when really it's a deathrow prison sentence. Because that if you close all accounts with this bank after all these negstive experiences it will reflect poorly on their credit report.... so my advice to you is to never even bank with this bank let alone open up a savings account. You're better off building your credit on your own instead of even doing business with them. & Last tobut not least. They have an awful pitbull Nicole in collections who will call your place of work threatening belittling you harassing you to humiliate you as she "does her job " by treating you as if you're trash just because you fell on hard times & missed 2or3 payments. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worse enemy. Or satan himself. P.s they ask for surveys when they clearly have no intentions on changing how you do business & treat people. Plus their hours suck!!!!
