  I am so grateful to have met Patricia Madison. As a first time home buyer, I did not know what the actual process entailed. I first spoke to Patricia during the height of the pandemic about my desire to buy a home. She was meticulous and created an exact spreadsheet of every single item and funds I would need to buy a home within my budget. She did this several times and always answered the phone when I called. I never felt rushed. It took me two years to finally find my home. Even up to the day before closing, Patricia called me and explained what to expect during closing day and went over the figures. Patricia’s spreadsheet was on point. There were no surprises. I’m grateful to know there are people you can trust. To be honest, I never even met Patricia in person. Her commitment, consistently, expertise, empathy and accuracy is phenomenal. I type this review sitting in my new two family home.

  I don’t even know where to begin to describe how beyond amazing Patricia has been throughout our entire loan process. We were in a pinch as we were in contract but were not satisfied with the other Lender we were working with. She took on our loan with a very tight deadline/turnaround due to contract in place and her dedication, time and attention is truly unmatched. My husband and I are truly so lucky to have been able to have someone like Patricia who is not only doing it for the loan but really spent so much time to educate us, guide us and really had our best interest in mind. Due to her level of professionalism, attentiveness and communication we did not even twice about dropping the other lender and sticking with Patricia and Homestead. I will recommend her to any and everyone! Buying a home is a huge purchase and it’s so important to have not only the right bank but the right loan officer on your side.

  Patricia is AMAZING! She is professional, responsive, knows SO MUCH, answers all of your questions and will run as many scenarios as needed to make numbers work! Can’t tell you how much I appreciate her efforts !!! Her spreadsheets are A1!
